How Avans handles information when you use avans.jp, Property Check and Japan Tools.avans.jp、Property Check、Japan Toolsの利用時に取り扱う情報について説明します。
1. Scope
This policy applies to Avans株式会社 / Avans Inc. websites and web tools provided through avans.jp.
2. Information you provide
If you contact Avans through the website, the name, email address and message you submit are sent through our contact-form provider, Formspree, so that we can receive and respond to the inquiry.
If you use Avans Property Check, the listing URL or listing text you submit is processed to produce the requested property analysis. Do not submit information that you do not have the right to share.
3. Analytics and technical information
Avans uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage, such as pages viewed, device/browser information, referral information and general geographic information. Analytics technologies may use cookies or similar identifiers.
The site may also use limited technical information, such as a country code or browser time zone, to select Japanese or English as the initial display language. The language preference you choose may be stored in your browser.
4. Advertising
Avans may use Google AdSense to display advertisements on selected tool and report pages. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and, where permitted and consented to, personalization. Pages that carry Google advertising tags may therefore involve data processing by Google even when a visitor does not click an ad.

2. ご入力いただく情報
お問い合わせフォームから送信された氏名、メールアドレス、メッセージは、お問い合わせを受信・回答するため、フォームサービス提供者であるFormspreeを通じて処理されます。
Avans Property Checkをご利用の場合、入力された物件URLまたは掲載テキストは、依頼された物件分析を生成するために処理されます。共有する権利のない情報は入力しないでください。
3. アクセス解析・技術情報
Avansでは、ページ閲覧、端末・ブラウザ情報、参照元、概括的な地域情報など、サイト利用状況を集計的に把握するためGoogle Analyticsを利用しています。アクセス解析ではCookie等が使用される場合があります。
初期表示言語を日本語または英語に設定するため、国コードやブラウザのタイムゾーン等の限定的な技術情報を利用する場合があります。選択した言語はブラウザに保存される場合があります。
4. 広告
Avansは、選択したツールページやレポートページにGoogle AdSense広告を表示する場合があります。Googleおよびそのパートナーは、広告配信、測定、不正防止、および法令上許され必要な同意が得られた場合のパーソナライズのため、Cookie等を利用する場合があります。
同意が必要な地域の利用者については、関連する広告同意を取得するためGoogle認定の同意管理プラットフォーム（CMP）を利用する方針です。
